Day 178: Nudebathing Dubrovnik

An old boat sailing pass Dubrovnik

We were at a nudist bay on Lokrum island just outside Dubrovnik. The views were amazing (c’mon people, I’m talking about the sea…) and the water so clear you could see 15ft below. You could easily enjoy this piece of paradise in your own space, with absolutely nothing on. Liberate from social customs and swim free. Continued 繼續看…

Day 174: Croatia, getting better!

View from the bus: A Croatian village along the Adriatic coast

The sun is turning gold as it dips toward the horizon. We are headed to Bosnia, bussing along one of the world’s most beautiful coastlines. I remember this coastline. Croatia may feel a little different from the last time, but the shimmering blue Adriatic remains the same. Continued 繼續看…

Day 172: Croatia – The Sequel

Rovinj – old town surrounded by the Adriatic

Rovinj, an old town perched on an egg shaped peninsula on the Istrian coast of Croatia. There’s no denying the city’s charm but the place is infested with tourists! Too many boats and a little rough. I can think of many better places around Croatia’s Dalmatian coast for a swim. Continued 繼續看…

Day 172: Who says Croatia is great?

It’s getting worse. I didn’t expect Croatia would be like this: unfriendly & uninterested people, as if you are just another tourist face that they can’t be bothered. And is it some effects from ex-Yugoslavia? People here are ineffecient and not smart, from day one we’ve been spending time in queues for paying accommodation, buying bus ticket etc. Continued 繼續看…
